I’m Claire Hall, a writer, published author, and founder of CCH Consulting. I help businesses, nonprofits, and leaders communicate their ideas through clear, engaging articles, case studies, content strategy, and executive ghostwriting. As the author of On Memory Pond, I also explore the powerful connections between memory, storytelling, and everyday life.

A Career Rooted in Connection

Before founding CCH Consulting, I spent more than 40 years in education and nonprofit leadership, including 26 years as an executive director. Those experiences taught me how powerful clear communication can be in building organizations, connecting people, and inspiring meaningful change.

Today, I bring that experience to my work as a writer, content strategist, and executive ghostwriter. I help businesses, nonprofit organizations, and experienced leaders turn their knowledge, ideas, and stories into writing that informs, engages, and connects.
